This wrap-around extension project, involving the construction of a side return and rear extension with skylight windows and bi-folding doors, took a total of 6 months to complete. Due to the extensive structural elements required for the build, the entire property had to be supported with no less than 19 steel beams. Both the structural integrity and the high quality of the finish, in addition to the adherence to tight deadlines, resulted in a successful outcome adding significant value to our client’s property.

In the heart of central London, navigating difficult logistical circumstances, our team were able to complete strip and gut this 1930s grade 2 listed apartment and remodel the same internally, creating significantly more space than that which pervaded previously. You will see from the decorative feature of the drop ceiling, in particular, that our team’s keen eye for detail in relation to carpentry work is reflected in the high-end fixtures and fittings that are on display.
